| چکیده | ||
| Abstract: Sadr, with his own definition of thematic interpretation, tried to provide a way to receive the teachings of the Qur'an in accordance with the problems of today's societies. The core of this method of interpretation is a component called " Istintāq " which was proposed by Martyr Sadr with the inspiration of the traditions that called for Istintāq from the Qur'an Sadr has organized numerous researches to explain this component. In these researches, the Istintāq is usually explained by the inspiration of the mutual dialogue between the text and the commentator in philosophical hermeneutics.While considering the philosophical foundations of Sadr, this type of explanation cannot be correct. In the current research, by referring to various works of Sadr and using a descriptive-analytical method, an attempt has been made to investigate the nature of Istintāq in the view of Martyr Sadr. In this way, first the negative aspects of Istintāq and its relationship with the philosophical hermenetic teachings of explanation and then the positive components of Istintāq have been extracted. In the positive part, there are three components of presenting a specific question; Collecting and receiving answers and aggregating and combining individual answers are derived from the concept of Istintāq | ||

| حاول الشهيد الصدر، بتعريفه الخاص للتفسير الموضوعي، أن يقدم أسلوباً متلقيا تعاليم القرآن بما يتوافق مع مشاكل مجتمعات اليوم. جوهر هذا الأسلوب في التفسير هو عنصر يسمى «الاستنطاق» الذي اقترحه الشهيد الصدر مستلهماً الأحاديث التي دعت إلى الاستدلال بالقرآن. أهمية الاستنطاق في أسلوب تفسير الموضوع من وجهة نظر الشهيد الصدر قد نظّمت أبحاثاً عديدة في شرح هذا المكون. يتم تفسير الاستنطاق في هذه الأبحاث من خلال إلهام الحوار المتبادل بين النص والمعلِّق في التأويل الفلسفي عادة. عند النظر إلى الأسس الفلسفية للشهيد الصدر، فإن هذا النوع من التفسير لا يمكن أن يكون صحيحاً. في بحثنا هذا وبالرجوع إلى مؤلفات مختلفة للشهيد الصدر وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي- التحليلي، حاولنا في تعریف طبيعة الاستنطاق عند الشهيد الصدر. وعلی هذا تم أولاً استخلاص الجوانب السلبية للاستنطاق وعلاقتها بتعاليم التفسير الفلسفية، ومن ثم تم استخلاص المكونات الإيجابية للاستنطاق. تشير نتائج هذا البحث في سلبيات الاستنطاق إلى اختلاف هذا المفهوم مع المكونات الأساسية في التأويل الفلسفي. فهناك ثلاثة مكونات لتقديم سؤال محدد في الجزء الإيجابي؛ جمع وتلقي الإجابات وتجميع ودمج الإجابات الفردية مستمدة من مفهوم الاستنطاق. | ||
